Shipping Policy

Your order will leave within 24-48 hours of your purchase (except weekends), only if the item is in stock. If there is a note in the description that there is a manufacturing time, delivery times will be longer. Then, you must allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery, depending on your sector. For the delivery of covers, headbands, muslin, etc. (anything other than a cushion), delivery will take longer because it is sent by standard letter. Count approximately 10 days (no tracking number included). For other orders, when it leaves, you will receive an email with your tracking # to track your package.

Please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery time during busy periods such as sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day) as well as during the holiday season.
